Shaped the strategic design direction for one of the world's leading projector e-commerce platforms, designing experiences across several international markets and using domain analytics to lift conversion and usability. Researched the projector lineup to define a clear catalogue, then built a dynamic brand site covering projectors, interactive flat panels and DVLED displays for commercial, education and home settings.

Structured complex banking workflows — credit funds and certificate-of-fund processes — for a major financial institution: use cases, wireframes, evaluation across personas, and the brainstorming that surfaced the high-value features. Also drove value delivery on a large agricultural management platform, running UX research, coordinating stakeholders across milestones and consulting the development teams.

Refactored the whole UI/UX system across several domains — a meeting platform in the vein of Google Meet, camera surveillance interfaces, and SpotFinder, an F&B discovery and table-booking site. Designed company portfolios, case studies and member cards for the Japan marketplace.
