Summary
Three platforms had grown three different first-run experiences. Unifying them removed the points where new accounts quietly disappeared.

Sign-in, verification and first-run setup had each been built by a different team at a different time.
The Role
I mapped the flows side by side, found where they diverged for no reason, and designed the shared version.
Problems & Challenges
Verification worked differently per platform, so a user who started on mobile and finished on web had to begin again.
Goals & Objectives
Let an account start on one platform and finish on another, and cut the steps before a user sees value.
